“The unfolding season of spring offers hints for renewing and greening our lives. Since the healing and repairing of our world must also include the healing and restoring of ourselves as caregivers, we’re invited to a day that offers Sabbath time, a chance to assess our energy and spirit, restore balance, and move us towards wholeness and well-being. This day will include stillness, prayer, reflection, and sharing for our own nurturing and self-care. “
