Gathering Prayer

We gather our hearts.
We hold one another in a virtual world.
We come together as a community of caregivers who need your care O God.
Give my heart compassion and understanding.
Give my hands skill and tenderness.
Give my ears the ability to hear spoken and unspoken words.
Give my eyes the ability to sense another’s pain.
Give me God strength as I seek to be present to so much uncertainty within myself and in others. Empower me to be a voice of hope this day and every day. AMEN
